Your guide, Brooke benincosa

Brooke Benincosa’s work was shaped in the quiet space between what she was trained to do and what she knew, deep down, was missing. After nearly two decades in healthcare, she found herself present for some of life’s most vulnerable moments. Over time, she began to witness a disconnect: bodies treated as problems to fix, while the deeper intelligence within them was often overlooked. When her own body began asking for attention through chronic womb pain, and no clear answers were offered, she turned inward. What began as a personal search led her into years of study and practice through movement, energy work, and time spent learning from both modern and ancestral approaches to care.

Today, Brooke guides others back into relationship with their own bodies and soulful clarity. Her work is grounded, intuitive, and deeply respectful of each person’s experience. She supports you by offering space to slow down and listen to rebuild trust with yourself from within. Rather than providing answers, she walks alongside you as you begin to recognize that the wisdom and sense of knowing you’ve been looking for has been there all along.

Her master practices include Qigong, traditional sweat lodge, drumming, and somatic practices.
